Select a loan amount, interest rate, and term, and click on the Calculate button.  Changing any of the parameters and clicking Calculate will add to the list.

 

What makes this mortgage calculator different from all other mortgage calculators?

 

In this mortgage calculator, you can click on the amount of the loan which is displayed in the results table.  This brings up a drop down box, specifying a state, and a place to enter a desired downpayment.  Press the Find button in order to get a list of communities in that state where the median house prices most closely correspond to the entered loan amount.
